After the start of the popular protests in 2015, and after our participation in these protests, we contributed to holding a workshop that brought together a number of protesters with a number of parliament members in the province of Najaf under the title (demonstrating between legal right and political awareness) in the parliament office hall in Najaf. One of the most important outcomes of the workshop was the pressure to legislate the (right to demonstrate) law, which was not legislated at the time
