Ishtar Center for Democracy Support organized a workshop at its headquarters in Najaf, addressing the: “The Role and Authority of Provincial Council Members as Per Law No. 21 of 2008 on Unorganized Governorate Councils in a Region, as Amended.” Dr. Haider Al-Wazzan, a Constitutional Law Professor at the University of Kufa, delivered the lecture, while Engineer Haider Al-Ramahi moderated the session.
