Ishtar Center for Democracy Support at its headquarters in Baghdad host a delegation from the Ruaa Foundation for Studies and Research in Erbil, headed by Dr. Saad Al-Hamondi.
The two centers held a joint table in the presence of researchers and academics. The table discussed the opinions and perceptions of the Iraqi elites regarding regional and international changes and the Iraqi government’s position on them.
