Al-Hakeem Attends Ishtar’s Ramadan Evening Gathering Baghdad – Saturday, 28 February 2026 The head of the Al-Hikma Movement, Sayyed Ammar Al-Hakeem, attended a Ramadan evening gathering organized by the Ishtar Center for Democracy Support. He was received by the Center’s President, Dr. Mohammed Alawia, along with a distinguished group of political and academic figures, youth leaders, and public opinion leaders. The event lasted for an hour and a half and included an in-depth discussion session during which Al-Hakeem addressed recent developments in Iraq’s political landscape, the process of forming the anticipated Iraqi government, and the importance of adhering to constitutional timelines to establish a government eagerly awaited by the Iraqi public. He also indicated that this matter may be resolved during the upcoming meetings of the relevant political parties.
