Ishtar Center for Democracy Support Meets with Romanian Ambassador to Iraq As part of its efforts to strengthen engagement with the international community, Ishtar Center for Democracy Support held a meeting with the Romanian Ambassador to Iraq, Mr. Radu Octavian Dobre. The meeting included a discussion on Iraq’s political landscape and current economic challenges in light of regional and international developments. Both sides also addressed the role of youth in political participation, the importance of state-building and strengthening national institutions, as well as the current economic challenges and possible approaches to addressing them.
