Ishtar Center for Democracy Support Hosts the Roya Foundation for Strategic Studies from Sulaymaniyah Baghdad – Center Media Dr. Mohammed Elwia, President of Ishtar Center for Democracy Support, and Dr. Ahmed Hameed, Director of Research Programs at the Center, received a delegation from the Roya Foundation for Strategic Studies in Sulaymaniyah, headed by Dr. Adnan Othman, along with a number of the Foundation’s members. During the meeting, both sides reviewed the objectives and programs of their respective institutions. They also emphasized the importance of continued communication, coordination, and cooperation in pursuit of shared goals, particularly in the areas of democratic development, youth empowerment, strengthening political participation, and supporting efforts to build a state of citizenship in Iraq.
